1. Components Needed

2. Core Assembly Process

Base Setup

  • Install bottom power button

  • Mount microSD extension

  • Place battery and route power cable

Pi & Display

  • Connect DSI display cables (short = tight fit, long = easier routing)

  • Install USB-C adapter

  • Connect all internals (power, display, microSD)

  • Carefully fit Pi + display into case (tight fit—avoid pinching cables)

Keyboard Installation

  • Disassemble keyboard and mount into front face
